First Visit
What to expect as a new client
Arrival timing
First visit: arrive 15-20 minutes early for paperwork and consultation. Follow-up visits: 5-10 minutes early.
Consultation and goals
You review your main concerns, pressure preferences, and treatment goals before each session begins.
Comfort and communication
Undress to your comfort level for massage. CranioSacral is clothed. Talking during session is up to you.
Booking policies
Online booking requires a 50% deposit. 48 hours notice is required for cancellations, or full payment is expected.
